RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a store credit for your next purchase.  

Unfortunately the pieces of an outfit cannot be separated. It means that you cannot only return one piece of a complete outfit.  

Each item should be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable. 

You have two options: 

  • Send a package with the returned items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use trackable shipping with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages of returned items.
  • Drop off the items to our San Francisco location. We will give you the address after receiving your email with your order number. 

To return your item(s) : 

1- Send an e-mail at contact@pickymonday.com with your order number. 

2- Packaged thoroughly and securely the items and returned to the address that we gave you by email. 

3- Once receiving your package, we'll send you an email and then create a store credit at your name in our system. You will have one year to use it to buy anything on our website.  

STORE CREDIT

After receiving your order back (if the items are in their original conditions), we will send you a discount code. You will have one year to use it on our website.
