If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a store credit for your next purchase.
ECO-FRIENDLY DELIVERY PACKAGE
You know that we are picky! We want your delivery package to be perfect for you and for the environment. That’s why we prepare your order with care and love in a 100% recycled packaging material:
- 100% recycled box
- 100% recycled tissue paper
- Eco-friendly sticker made with soy-based ink on acid free paper.
- Please review your shipping address when placing your order. We use the address you enter during the checkout and not the address registered in your Paypal account (in case they are different).
- Picky Monday ships all across the USA (from San Francisco, California). If you live in SF, you also have the option to choose “local pick up” for free at checkout. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are prepared and dropped off at the post office within 72 hours or ready to be picked up in San Francisco within 24 hours.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You can expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 days after shipping. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be able to follow your package in its adventure with USPS or UPS.
- Picky Monday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and we cannot provide refunds if your items are lost. We are not responsible for any custom/tax fees associated with your purchase.

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.95 and FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 (taxes excluded) and above.
We haven’t opened international orders yet.

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a store credit for your next purchase.
Unfortunately the pieces of an outfit cannot be separated. It means that you cannot only return one piece of a complete outfit.
Each item should be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
You have two options:
- Send a package with the returned items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use trackable shipping with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages of returned items.
- Drop off the items to our San Francisco location. We will give you the address after receiving your email with your order number.
To return your item(s) :
1- Send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
2- Packaged thoroughly and securely the items and returned to the address that we gave you by email.
3- Once receiving your package, we'll send you an email and then create a store credit at your name in our system. You will have one year to use it to buy anything on our website.
After receiving your order back (if the items are in their original conditions), we will send you a discount code. You will have one year to use it on our website.
