Orders and payments

ORDER

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. We use the address you enter during the checkout and not the address registered in your Paypal account (in case they are different).

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are prepared and dropped off at the post office within 72 hours. 
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You can expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 days after shipping. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be able to follow your package in its adventure. 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept Paypal. 


SALES TAXES

We are located in the United States. Picky Monday ships from San Francisco (California). We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Sales taxes are added directly to the total amount of your order before payment.

Residents outside California do not pay sales tax. 


SECURE PAYMENTS

Picky Monday offers a secure online payment service via our partner Shopify/Stripe. Your online transactions are totally secured. Your bank details are encrypted, and the small padlock symbol confirms the confidentiality of your information. Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security.
