Vendor Agreement — Picky Monday

Thanks for choosing Picky Monday for your kids' clothes! Here's how things work. By dropping off a bag with us in person, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Picky Monday is a kids' resale shop based in the SF Bay Area. We personally review every bag that comes in and select the pieces that fit our style and standards. This Agreement covers the relationship between Picky Monday ("we," "us") and anyone who drops off clothing with us ("you," "Vendor").

2. Drop-Off & Review

Once you drop off your bag, our team reviews everything item by item. We select what fits our shop, so we can't guarantee we'll purchase every piece you bring in.

3. Your Offer

Within 15 days of your drop-off, we'll send you an offer by email or text with the number of items selected and the total amount. Offers are final and apply to the batch as a whole. You can accept or decline, but not negotiate item by item.

4. Picking Up What We Didn't Select

Once you receive your offer, you'll have 15 days to pick up any items we didn't select, or let us know you'd like to donate them instead. We work with a local teacher and St Anthony Foundation who get donated items straight to families who need them. Pickups happen during our regular store hours.

5. If Items Aren't Picked Up

If your remaining items aren't picked up or flagged for donation within the 15-day window, we'll consider them donated or handled at our discretion, with no compensation owed. We recommend noting the date so it doesn't slip by.

6. Caring for Your Items

We handle your clothes with care while they're with us. We're not liable for loss, damage, or wear during the review or storage period, so please keep this in mind for anything sentimental or valuable.

7. It's Your Stuff

By dropping off items, you confirm they're your property, free of any third-party claims, and that you're authorized to sell them to us.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by California law, and any disputes will be handled through California courts.

9. Updates to This Agreement

We may update these terms as our process evolves. The latest version is always available in-store and online. Using our drop-off service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. The Whole Agreement

This document is the full agreement between you and Picky Monday regarding the drop-off and sale of clothing items. It replaces any earlier verbal or written understandings on the topic.

E-signature note: Checking a box, clicking a button, or otherwise confirming electronically through our website carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature and confirms your agreement to these terms.
